4 Short Pieces – Alejandro D. Consolacion | Hauptwerk Alessandria

This miniature suite of four short pieces was composed by Alejandro D. Consolacion, a Filipino organist and composer. If you didn’t know already, I myself am of Filipino descent as both my parents are Filipino. However, I was born in Australia and have been raised as a “true blue Aussie”. One of my dreams is to one day visit and play the Bamboo organ in the Philippines where Alejandro drew his inspiration for the composition. He has suggests that these pieces are to be played as instrumental preludes and interludes for church services.
