Improvising (attempting to) for three minutes | James Flores | Organ improvisation
I’d like to think I’m quite an organised person but this week I didn’t have anything planned for Tom and I to record. So instead of leaving YouTube empty handed, we decided to set the iPhone stopwatch to three minutes and meander on the fabulous Letourneau organ we have at our disposal. As you can tell, I’m quite the novice when it comes to improvising, but I’m summing up the courage to document my journey on YouTube. It will be interesting to listen back to this recording after a year to see how much I’ve improved (or regressed!). You’ll have to ask Tom whether he is brave enough to upload his attempt.
