Nimrod – Sir Edward Elgar | Hauptwerk Salgareda (Inspired Acoustics)

This evening, I have the pleasure of demonstrating this soon-to-be-released French romantic virtual pipe organ (Inspired Acoustics) from Saint Michael Archangel Parish Church in Salgareda, Italy. The organ was built by Zeni in 1999, and has 26 stops on 2 manuals and pedals. In continuing on from the melancholic nature of “Dido’s Lament”, I present to you the famous “Nimrod” on an instrument that would normally not be associated with it. I think it does a tremendous job for a small 2 manual organ.
