Prelude and Fugue in A minor, BWV 543 – Johann Sebastian Bach

This great Bach masterpiece needs no formal introduction in the organ world. It’s a piece I’ve been wanting to learn for a while after having listened to countless, unique, renditions of the work all over YouTube. I started learning this when my state went into lockdown, after having avoided such a situation for a long time. In the interests of spontaneity (thanks to @Fraser Gartshore for the inspiration!), I decided I’d just bite the bullet and see what happens if I tried to record it this evening. There’s definitely heaps more room for improvement…and I do plan on recording this on a Hauptwerk sample set later on. Hope you enjoy my rendition (legato and all 😁).
