SHOULD CHURCH MUSIC BE SPIRITUAL OR EMOTIONAL? | Interview with Fr. Brendan Lee (Part one)

Fr. Brendan Lee has been a good family friend of ours for many years now. He has been a strong driving force behind getting the youth and young adults active in the church, especially in the Diocese of Wagga Wagga. I met Fr. Lee when he was first Assistant Priest at St. Patrick’s Albury who then went onto being Administrator and was a great advocate of all the music I was involved with during his tenure. He was also the celebrant for my wedding with Leysa. Fr. Lee recently relocated to the Diocese of Broken Bay as Moderator of Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral in Hornsby. We miss him being “just around the corner” so it was great to catch up with him again for this chat.
