Alma Park is a rural town in NSW about 60km north of Albury. This very small place is home to a 1960 David & Laurie organ of 2 manuals, 3 ranks, + Mixture extension with electro-pneumatic action. With the upcoming OHTA conference of the Riverina in October, this organ somehow had not been documented yet so I made the trip up to have a play, take some photos and meet the locals. For this brief demo, I played @grahamtwist’s Idyll which has the opportunity to showcase some of the tonal capabilities of the instrument.
