I’m revisiting some of the most beautiful French baroque pieces that I personally love. It’s a shame that his “First Organ Book” is the only surviving work of his left in existence. I’m sure he would have written many more French baroque suites with Tierce en taille’s as lovely as this one. So melancholic in nature and combined with “tremblant fort” is just 🤌 (chef’s kiss!).
I recorded this on the St. Pons sample set by Sonus Paradisi.
