We configured an LCD display for Hauptwerk’s registration stepper

I’ve always wanted a stepper number display for my console but I didn’t want to use an iPad or iPhone or some screen—it was overkill for the purpose. Hauptwerk is quite powerful and extensible in displaying any configurable value in the application over MIDI. So I headed over to Midi Boutique to purchase a couple of iStop devices and this is where the story begins!
